Memberships at Embrace Wellness Clinic

Here’s how it works:

• Initial Consult ($250) – This is our deep dive into your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. We discuss everything in detail to understand what may be contributing to how you feel.

• Lab Determination – Based on our conversation, we determine which lab tests will give us the clearest picture of what’s happening in your body. These labs provide the necessary data to connect the dots to what your body is telling you and create a truly individualized plan.

  • Please note the labs themselves will be at cost to the patient ($350) and are not included in these fees however, the lab draw fee ($50) is waived for Elevate and Thrive members. It is $50 for a lab draw fee if you have the Foundations Membership.

• Membership Selection – Once we receive your lab results, we select the appropriate treatment plan based on your unique needs. Each membership includes a comprehensive lab review and a personalized plan to restore balance and optimize your health.

• Long-Term Approach – Healing and hormone balancing is not an overnight process. It often takes 4-6+ months to see significant improvements because we are working with your body’s natural systems. We focus on long-term solutions, not quick fixes, ensuring sustainable results.
